Now Hiring: Girls Regionals Head Coaches for the 2026–27 Season

Windy City Aces Volleyball Club is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, motivated people to join our coaching staff. We’re hiring Head Coaches for our 13U–17U Girls Regionals program for the 2026–27 season, which starts the week of November 16.

You don’t need prior coaching experience to apply. If you love the game and want to help young athletes build their skills, confidence and teamwork, we’ll give you the training and support to succeed. Every new coach receives coach training and ongoing development from our club staff.

What we offer

• Competitive pay: an hourly practice rate plus tournament day pay
• Training and development: no coaching experience required
• Coaching apparel provided
• Certifications and background checks covered by the club

Schedule and locations

• Weeknight practices from 5–10 PM in Niles, Glenview and Northbrook
• Local weekend tournaments in the Chicagoland area
• Season begins the week of November 16
